Information you provide
The five-step prequalification form requires your first and last name, email, phone number, city, state and ZIP code. It asks you to report your US residency, whether you are at least 18, citizenship status, estimated FICO score range, employment situation, any current bankruptcy or tax liens, and merchant-account history. It also asks whether you can provide two years of tax returns, a US driver’s license, proof of address and three months of bank statements; whether the addresses on your documents match; and whether you have had an overdraft in the past three months. Other questions cover an existing LLC, another household member’s participation in the program, readiness for onboarding, availability and time zone. All responses are required; use an unknown or not sure choice where offered instead of guessing. You also confirm accuracy and consent to review and contact.
When an application is saved, it is associated with an internal identifier, a reference and a submission time. If you arrive through a link containing campaign labels, those labels may be saved with your application to identify its source.
Why it is used
Your answers are used for human review of your potential fit for the IBO program, follow-up contact and application management. The credit-score range and other background answers are self-reported. This form does not access a credit bureau, run a credit check or automatically approve you. Citizenship information is collected for review; selecting an answer is not an automatic eligibility decision.
How it is handled
Applications are saved in a private database and sent by email to the authorized program team for review and follow-up. They are not displayed in a public applicant directory. Submission displays an on-screen reference; this website does not automatically send a confirmation email to applicants. Website hosting, storage and email delivery providers process data needed to operate the service and may maintain technical logs.
The form asks whether certain documents are available; it does not collect or upload the documents themselves. It does not request a Social Security number, an exact date of birth, bank or merchant-account numbers, account passwords or banking credentials. Do not send those details through this form.
Cookies and website measurement
This version of the website does not include advertising pixels or an analytics service. Hosting or access-control services may use technical storage needed to provide the website. Campaign labels, when present in the application, are used to identify its source.
